⚡Introducing Tokenized Citizenships, RWAs and Celo Updates

Hello Citizens!

As we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible, Tokenized Citizenships and RWAs can fundamentally change how we think about residency, ownership, and governance.

Introducing Tokenized Citizenships:

In the coming weeks, we’ll roll out Version 4 of our platform, which brings Tokenized Citizenships to life. These tokenized assets represent a major leap forward in how we understand and enable citizenship in the autonomous age.

What's inside a Tokenized Citizenship?

  • Citizenship 

  • Universal ID

  • eResidency

  • Real World Assets (RWAs)

  • Citizenship Services 

We're bundling everything that makes citizenship an investable asset.

Similar to CBI (Citizenship by Investment) for traditional governments- Tokenized Citizenships are a new form of Sovereignty by Investment for Startup Cities and Smart Governments.

What does this mean for you?

Tokenized Citizenships create opportunities to:

  1. Hold citizenships in multiple cities and countries, underpinned by a Universal ID that provides access to services across different regions.

  2. Finance Startup Cities, granting citizens a direct stake in the city’s future and helping fund infrastructure projects.

  3. Introduce a new Investment Vehicle, enabling users to gain fractional ownership in Real World Assets (RWAs), democratizing access to tangible, real-world investments.

RWAs:

Our plans for RWAs are in the making and while we will be diving deeper into the details surrounding it in the near future, we've got some major work ahead to truly make it accessible to all. 

Expanding Celo’s presence in Singapore:

We are happy to announce the official launch of Celo's 1st community in Singapore in collaboration with Prezenti. This marks a significant step as we expand Celo's reach across Southeast Asia.
